Shipping Fees

Basic Packages will ship at free of charge, all other packages including add ons will have basic shipping charges.

Return/Cancellation Policy

Sealed by The Easter Bunny will cancel/refund your order if a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed. If a notice is received prior to the letter being mailed Sealed by The Easter Bunny will refund 100% of your order.

If a cancellation notice is received after the letter has been mailed Sealed by The Easter Bunny will not refund the order unless a mistake was made on our behalf. If Sealed by The Easter Bunny makes a mistake on your letter we will refund 100% of your letter order upon receipt of a fax or copy of the letter year. Please email all cancellations to info@sealedbysanta.com.

How long does it take to receive a letter from The Easter Bunny?

You should expect your item within 5-7 business days depending on where you are located.

Can I put two children in a letter?

At this time we are only offering 1 child per a letter. If you do add a second child in the letter it will not read correctly.

I have a discount code I would like to use, where do I put it?

On your checkout page you will see a box that says promo code. This is where you should put in your code.

How do you make Easter food?

Our Easter Bunny Food recipe is a Sealed By The Easter Bunny top secret recipe. What we can tell you is it is environmentally friendly and edible.

I ordered multiple letters and have only received one, why didn't they come together?

All sibling letters do get shipped together. We do mail usps and things can get separated in the mail. Normally, if one letter comes the other one should only be a day or two behind. We suggest, making sure that both letters arrive before letting your child get the mail.
